Transparent scoring
How this assessment works
Every historical result keeps the exact statement wording, response, order, scoring version, and report version used at completion.
The active form
The test contains 52 statements: 48 scored statements and four research-only statements. Each scored DISC dimension has 12 statements. Responses use the same five-point “like me” scale throughout.
Four separate calculations
Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness are each calculated independently. Alternative-direction statements are keyed in the opposite direction. Each raw dimension mean is placed on a transparent 0–100 response-scale position using round-half-up. The four scores do not add to 100 and are not percentiles, accuracy measures, grades, or parts of an aggregate.
Pattern routing
Score distances organize the explanation into a clear lead, two-score blend, three-score gradient, or broad close pattern. Every report still shows all four scores in fixed D–I–S–C order.
Improvement
702it retains completed responses, timing, scores, report versions, and delivery records to inspect item behavior and improve future versions. A later scoring change never silently rewrites a historical report.
Use this DISC report at your own risk; it describes self-reported behavioral tendencies, is not a measure of ability, a diagnosis, or a guarantee of performance, and 702it is not responsible for decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from its use.
