What we keep and why

CheckYourDISC retains completed results to run, protect, study, and improve the service. Results are not sold or shared as a commercial data product.

Information we retain

We retain your answers, assessment and report versions, answer order and timing, calculated results, optional first name, basic technical request information, and any report-delivery details you provide.

Your report link

Your report appears immediately after completion. Its private link works for seven days. Anyone you give that link to can open the report during that time. After it expires, the report remains in the protected administrative record.

If you email a report

When you ask us to email a report, we retain the delivery record and archive the sent report with the assessment record. We do this for service operation and improvement. Account-security messages are handled separately.

Service providers and required disclosures

We may use service providers to host, secure, and deliver CheckYourDISC. We may also disclose information when required by law or needed to protect the service. Those limited uses are not the sale of your results.
