How 702it handles DISC data

Completed assessment data and results are retained by 702it to operate, study, correct, and improve the assessment. They are property of 702it and are not sold or shared as a commercial data product.

What is kept

We keep the exact responses, statement and scoring versions, presentation order, response timing, four scores, generated report, optional first name, technical request information, email recipients you choose, and email-delivery records. Results are retained indefinitely.

Who can see a result

Your completed report appears immediately. A private report link remains active for seven days. After that period, only the 702it administrator can view the historical result.

Report email archive

When you ask the site to email a report, the same message, private link, PDF, and attachments are BCC'd to disc@702it.com for the 702it result archive and improvement work. Authentication, MFA, password, and account-security messages are not BCC'd.

No participant deletion tool

The site does not provide a participant or administrator deletion control for completed results.
